Sparco HELMET WTX J9I 8860-2010

The WTX helmet series is Sparco’s newest line of helmets. This line is the result of over 30 years of research and development, including extensive wind tunnel tests. These tests sought to improve aerodynamics to reduce neck strain and improve air circulation for increased driver comfort. The WTX line is also aggressively styled, making them stand out amongst the competition.

The WTX J-9i is the epitome of safety. It is constructed from ultra strong carbon fiber to pass one of the strictest homologations, the FIA 8860. This certification requires rigorous testing and is required by some of the most prestigious racing bodies, including Formula One, WRC and American Le Mans. The WTX J-9i is an open-faced helmet that comes standard with an intercom system and anti-noise earphones for improved team communication. The WTX J-9i has Hans clips pre-installed for added safety. It has an adjustable peak for improved visibility. For greater comfort and sanitation, the WTX J-9 features a removable, washable inner lining. Available in sizes XS to XL. FIA 8860 and Snell SA2010 approved.
